 first  prepare some rice then take a sheet of plastic rap and place a small mound of rice in the center rap the plastic around the rice an shape in the desired shape with your hands or a mold apply Norri where needed

first take a whole apple and cut it into 8 wedges

take a good sharp knife and cut outh the core and cut off a little bit off the bottom of the wedge to alow it to stand up then ith the same knife slowly cut half of skin of of the apple dont take the skin of of the apple as it is neaded to make the ears. cut a v shape out of the skin of the apple and soak in watter and lemon juce to perk up the ears and you are done!
